The Great Lakes Food Trail is a collective of like-minded producers and providores who share a common goal; connecting local and ethical producers to the community. The Great Lakes is already known for its pristine waterways and beaches, but its best kept secret is its outstanding fresh food produce. Visitors will get to taste local water buffalo milk and mouth-watering mozzarella at the outstanding Burraduc Farm; enjoy locally sourced and produced gourmet meals at the cafes on the trail. The kids will love hand feeding lambs and chickens, collecting eggs and picking fruit. Taste the region’s artisan cheeses, honey, seasonal fruits, sourdough, oysters and wines.
